- Ensure that your name, photo, and other details are clearly visible in the upload. If the image is blurry, please upload a better quality image.
- The image size should not exceed 5 MB. You can use online tools like https://compressjpeg.com/ to reduce the size of your image.
- The image should be in PNG or JPG formats. While we also accept PDF formats, note that this may slow down your verification process.

Can I upload photos of my PAN & Aadhaar taken with my mobile camera on Noteslo.com?
Yes, you can upload photos of your PAN and Aadhaar taken with your mobile camera, provided that you ensure that your details and photo are clearly visible in the uploaded photo.
Is it possible to sign up on Noteslo.com without a PAN Card or Aadhaar Card?
While PAN and Aadhaar is a mandatory document for sellers, is optional when signing up for an account on Noteslo.com. In lieu of Aadhaar, you can use your valid Passport or Driving Licence.
What should I do if my Aadhaar image has the Front & Back on the same side?
It is preferred that you upload the Front Side and Back Side images of your Aadhaar Card separately. However, if your Aadhaar image has the Front & Back on the same side, you may upload the same image twice.
Is it acceptable to email a copy of the documents to Noteslo.com?
No, we do not accept KYC documents via email due to security reasons. All documents must be uploaded through the signup form only.
